About the Danish Benefits Survey
Benefits can play a significant role in the attraction and retention of talent. This survey analyzes Danish incentive programs and practices regarding benefits, and is used as a professional tool to get a clear and detailed insight into the Danish market.
Data for the survey is collected through a detailed online questionnaire distributed to all interested companies, which include Danish companies but also subsidiaries of multinational organizations.
In 2017 the survey language changed from Danish to English to allow international HR professionals and clients to participate and benefit from the report.
The survey analyzes the following areas:
- General attitude towards benefits
- Flexible benefits
- Bonus programs
- Sales commission
- Profit sharing schemes
- Long-term incentives
- Company car
- Maternity and paternity leave
- Pension schemes
- Insurance (critical illness insurance, health insurance etc.)
- Other benefits (education, lunch service etc.)
The report can be used for inspiration and reference when setting up or adjusting your company’s benefits structure.
A large group of organizations participates every year. Companies that have participated before will receive their data collection questionnaires pre-populated with their answers from last year to minimize time spent on updating the data.
The report is released in August, and data collection is placed doing spring.
Participant price is DKK 6.000,-.
