      The EU Shareholder Rights Directive will put boardroom pay into the public domain by 2020. Do executives behave differently when their pay terms are available for all to see? How should you prepare for the full disclosure of your executive compensation policies and practices?   What is a robust remuneration policy?  

      In this one-day session, aimed at HR and business professionals, you’ll  hear about the impact of full boardroom pay disclosure.  We’ll reflect on the practical and psychological considerations when pay is put into the public domain, blending both theory and practice.
