Survey participation made easy

 

The 2023 Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) season is here and we want to make sure your participation goes quickly and smoothly.

Please join us at the 2023 Denmark TRS kick-off virtual event which will introduce you to the process and show you how to get ready to ensure fast and easy participation. We will have two sessions, where the afternoon session will be focused on training in our data submission tools.

  • The main morning session from 09:00 - 11:30 hours will include inspiration on trends we are seeing within Compensation and Benefits.
  • The afternoon training session from 14:00 - 14:30 hours is targeted to new users of Mercer's Data Connector tool for easy submission and validation of your data.

Process | Mercer's remuneration survey methodology and participation process. This includes how we partner with you to make your survey participation journey quick and easy. 

 

Trends | Emerging HR trends and how Mercer’s TRS and supplementary solutions can help with building a thriving workforce environment.

 

Tools | The application used for survey data submission simplifies the participation experience using AI-powered instant data validations, real-time tracking, online job matching and much more.
